The gift was for a close friend's special birthday and as it was the first time I had used your company it took time to choose, from your large range of products, not knowing the quality etc.
The web page was easy to use, the acknowledgement, confirmation and follow up emails were clear and gave me confidence delivery would be on time, which it was.
My friend is really pleased, said it is lovely, it was well packed and she is looking forward to using the products.
