Ordering online was quick and easy. Apparently there had been a glitch in process (which didn't affect me at all) and so had a quick courtesy call which I thought was very professional and comforting that there was a "human" element in the process. Am advised (by the student recipients) that the items in the hamper were delicious and well received! I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you
