A wonderful company that gives a 5 star service, rarely seen these days. I sent a lovely hamper to my dad to celebrate his anniversary recently. Unfortunately the hamper was badly damaged in transit, with broken jars and quite a bad mess ensued. The customer service was second to none when I reported this. They sent me a partial refund and sent some lovely apology items to my father, despite the fact we hadn't been able to send any photos as evidence. A wonderful company, with excellent products and customer service second to none. Thank you!
