My parcels were not delivered and I blamed Hampergifts. I apologise for that and within an hour of getting the an email from Alex at Hampgifts I had contacted the local postmaster, who confirmed they had the parcels there. Both have now been delivered and recipients are delighted. Many thanks for your help.
