I actually phoned the office and spoke to a young gentleman who was extremely helpful as the tower of sweets that I required had sold out and I needed it for my sister who is very ill (It was for her birthday) The young man (sorry forgot his name) went and found what I wanted he agreed a time he would put it on their site so I would be able to go on at that time and buy the tower and yes I managed to get it. My Sister was really pleased because it looks great it makes you want to eat them. The customer service I received was second to none. Well Done.
