After confirming and paying for my recent order, I realised I had given an incorrect phone number for the recipient. I emailed the company, not sure if,when they would respond and had a personal email the next day confirming details had been updated.
The communication with myself and recipient providing delivery progress was excellent and gift delivered within the the hour time window as advised.
Have used Hampergifts many times as I live overseas and it is an ideal gift service. Always excellent and the gift recipients are very pleased and impressed.
