I ordered an expensive bottle of wine for a client with a note to say happy birthday. the wine was delivered but my message was not included therefore my client had no idea who it was from. I had to phone him to see if he got it and tell him that it was from me. Not very professional from Hampergifts which therefore did not make me look very professional also!
