All good with placing the order provided it's straightforward and the delivery was on time and possible (though not easy) to track. My only negative comment is that there is no phone number on the website to order through and I prefer to have the option to do that. I needed to send a get well hamper to someone recently and would have spent £50 with you but I wanted to ask a couple of questions about the order and as I was unable to call you I had to place the order with M&S instead.
