Very happy with both the service and the product. Website was easy to use, with useful information on it. I ordered online at lunchtime, and then called (just before 1pm), and was indeed able to have the product delivered the next day, rather than 2 days - great as it was a birthday present I was behind in sorting out! Gentleman on the phone was polite and helpful. And the product was very well received as a present, well packaged, with the note-card. Very happy, would use again.
