The courier totally destroyed our order and left it abandoned outside a house 1/4 mile away. Hampergifts immediately flew into action and had a replacement here within a couple of days, totally in time for Christmas. They are a wonderful company, fantastic customer service and a pleasure to do business with. Their hampers are fabulous, we will always use this company in future for our gifts. Thank you guys x
