I ordered three hampers for my family in UK. Two were delivered by courier and went through pretty well on the planned timetable. The third went via ParcelForce and that was somewhat disastrous. My sister, to whom it was to be delivered, had had a minor accident and was not at home when delivery was attempted. According to ParcelForce a post card was delivered and the package taken back to the delivery depot; although I now understand that the package was left with a neighbour. I do not recommend using ParcelForce for deliveries.
