Advised hamper would arrive to my colleague in the UK on Monday 19th- paid for express delivery. Date pushed back by handler DPD to 21st. Advised on the 22nd it would arrive by the 24th. It never did. Very disappointing. Tried to call today. No phone line. No response to email.
Update: Alex contacted me and resolved the issue. It seems the poor communication lay in the hands of DPD. I have updated from 1 star to 4! Thank you!
