Couldn't have asked for a better experience after deciding to order a surprise for a friend in the UK while I am in New Zealand. Communication prompt and courteous given the time differences and when the customer mucks something up! My friend very happy with the hamper she received - only sorry I cannot be there to share it. Very happy to recommend to others to use and I will look to use again too in the future.
