it was easy to order, lots of screen page confirmations so you know you have completed everything correctly - and easy tracking details down to when it was delivered and who signed. It was a hamper present so dont yet have any response from the recipient if they liked the actual gift!
Will use the company again - they say they are a family company but they act like a very big efficient and confident corporation with the customer care of a small company!
