Very impressed with the overall service received. Had a telephone conversation with Alex who was very helpful and as I requested a little teddy bear to be included in the Birthday Tower, said that he would put one in free of charge. Afraid I cannot comment on delivery nor the Tower itself as the daughter of the lady in question dealt with all that side of it. The recipient was very pleased with her birthday surprise.
