Ordered the Sparkling Surprise as a birthday gift for my daughter. The ordering process & communication with Hampergifts was very good. When it was delivered my daughter was delighted with it. Packaging & presentation were very good. However, I’ve only scored a 4 overall because the courier attempted to deliver the hamper on a Saturday instead of my requested Monday delivery. This ruined the birthday surprise.
