I bought a used car with service history, 1 previous owner and gold cover with Handler Protect. The car catastrophically failed due to a failed alternator. This, apparently, is covered by the warranty. No, it isn't, because it may be old and suffer wear and tear. Therefore I was fraudulently sold a car without a warranty, as it seems any part of the car can be deemed old and therefore susceptible to wear and tear. There was no offer to pay any part of the claim. You should not be allowed to sell your product to used car dealerships. I will not be buying any further vehicles from the local dealership and advising people not to accept a warranty on a used car from Handler Protect. Absolutely disgusted.
