Terrible service. My vehicle broke down and had to use recovery to tow to garage. Made a claim and submitted the required documents but they keep saying that my doc is not valid. My 5 year's old van's engine blown all.of a sudden. Got an evidence from recovery, diagnostic report from vat garage, got service and mot history but they still don't agree at all. All they left me to do is to take them to the court with full evidence very soon. Such a pathetic company and service. All I can say to public is not to use this company at all. Such a big scammers and liars. 100% avoid this company. Shame on you and your service. Date of experience: 10 March 2023
