we have been using handler for our customer vehicles which have been sold by us
I had a claim for one of our customers that was straightforward, I'm glad I did because the experience was far below our standards
the process was slow and overly complicated the end result was a rejected claim and a very rude aggressive manager. needless to say, we will continue to use Autogard warranties. lesson learned stick with who you know you can trust
