I signed up to the HandsHQ monthly subscription thinking that I would be able to produce a CPP - it was not clear on the website that this is only possible on an Annual Pro license.
In the help section there is a question in there that deals with this but it is buried deep.
I think this is misleading and a deliberate tactic by HandSHQ - it should be more transparent. Or, there should be an option to purchase this function as a one off/an upgrade with in the monthly packages in line with the level of subscription.
