I previously used the Chas system which for a sole trader was difficult enough but this new system is way to complex. For small organisation its a complete nightmare as geared to large organisations who have people whos jobs are to do this H+S processes but for small outfits this is in addition to the day job. Not user friendly, not set up for small jobs and is very cumbersome.
