What went wrong, everything! Exactly as has been stated on here 19 times previously. I was suckered into what I thought was the best deal! Turns out they can’t communicate properly, they want £20 to return the devices, their customer services skills are: What service?! I feel like I’ve been mugged.
When I asked for proof I was ignored.... I just wish I had seen the real reviews before I sent the items.
