A pair of trousers I ordered was out of stock. I received a personal email asking me if I would like a replacement in a different colour way (which matched the top I had ordered). I was very impressed with the speed of Hanro's enquiry and accepted the exchange. The delivery was very quick and I received text updates asking if I needed to change delivery time or place.
