This is what my garment looked like after owning it for 3 months
We followed the cleaning instructions to the tee. We paid to send it to customer support because they did not offer to send a call tag.
We received the merchandise back with a note to hand wash their products in the future and let it air dry on a towel. So to all the guys out there who wear their underwear. That should be fun! Oh, and let’s not forget they offered a 20% discount on any of their product at full price. Now why would I want to buy one of their products again?
