“Poor quality. Glad after way to may years they updated their site but if you have a stain and even put a spot remover the stain NEVER comes out. They use some cheap cotton. Very disappointed. I have thrown so many n ght gowns away...thousands of dollars.
It does not happen on the 100% cotton so make your freaking night gowns with the same product. Will never buy your products again customer after 30 years.”
“This is what my garment looked like after owning it for 3 months. We followed the cleaning instructions to the tee. We sent the product to Hanro and paid for the shipping because a call tag was not offered. We received a letter and the damaged product back saying that in the future their product needs to be hand washed and to let it air dry on a towel. I als own their underwear. That should be a lot of fun. They offered a 20% discount on any purchase at full price. Now why would I want to buy one of their products again when I know that the company does not back it with a full guarantee?”
