This is what my garment looked like after owning it for 3 months. We followed the cleaning instructions to the tee. We sent the product to Hanro and paid for the shipping because a call tag was not offered. We received a letter and the damaged product back saying that in the future their product needs to be hand washed and to let it air dry on a towel. I als own their underwear. That should be a lot of fun. They offered a 20% discount on any purchase at full price. Now why would I want to buy one of their products again when I know that the company does not back it with a full guarantee?
