I placed an order. 16 days have gone by and I have not received my items. I’ve called customer service several times and don’t even get the option to leave a voicemail because the recording says “mailbox is full”. I’ve emailed and still don’t get answers on my missing items. I’ve been charged for merchandise I can’t even use.
