“Poor return policy. I ordered the wrong size. You can’t make an exchange for a larger size. I had to return the bathing suit, which I did within the 21 day policy and still only got half of my money back as a gift card. I am then expected to rebuy the suit in a larger size paying full price. I will never order from this company again. I would have preferred to just keep the suit and give it away to someone who could have used it. Would NEVER recommend”
“The swimsuit top I ordered was the Bengal Bay sport tanking top. I love the style and the fabric; however, the shelf bra was unsatisfactory. The cups were too small, and sit too high up on the chest. Since the cups were sewn in, I had to rip out the seams and insert larger cups. That helped a little, but it seems like the whole “shelf” part is too short. Not sufficiently supportive. I am 5’1”, 108 lbs. 32DD. I ordered the Small.”
“I usually love HAPARI swimsuits and own several. The recent purchase was a big miss! I sized up in the top as recommended and it’s a little loose in the bust and back straps. Afraid a size down would be tight. The biggest disappointment is the swim bottoms. I own both medium and large from prior purchases and prefer the way the mediums fit, especially since losing some weight. These new mediums are more like extra small, or even child sized! I will be returning both.”
“I would have given 5 stars until my last order. After wearing Hapari bathing suits for years I am completely disappointed with the recent bottoms I purchased. After losing weight I needed smaller bottoms than the ones I just purchased. The bottoms that looked like the ones I bought last year feel different and the sizing is off. The fabric is odd. I left a message for customer service to see about getting a replacement and that was over a week ago.”
“Love my older HAPARI bottoms so I tried ordering more. They were a little different and didn’t fit. I had to pay to ship them back and shipping was $12. I won’t be ordering again. They are already expensive and if they don’t work the shipping is outrageous”

“I’ve ordered from Hapari for years. This year I ordered same style tops and bottoms as I normally do. Very disappointed that the sizes aren’t the same!!!! I went back and reviewed customers reviews and noticed this is a recurrent review of sizes not being the same!!! Plus, when you have to return items I have to pay for shipping. I think I’m done with Hapari.”
“Hapari is always the go to for all swim wear. The quality is outstanding. I have one suit from three years ago and it looks like I just took the tags off. They don’t fade whether it’s chlorine, salt water or sun. I’d like to buy a tankini, I wish they would make they fun patterns. Something that goes from resort to beach without the glitter.”
