“Love my older HAPARI bottoms so I tried ordering more. They were a little different and didn’t fit. I had to pay to ship them back and shipping was $12. I won’t be ordering again. They are already expensive and if they don’t work the shipping is outrageous”

“I’ve ordered from Hapari for years. This year I ordered same style tops and bottoms as I normally do. Very disappointed that the sizes aren’t the same!!!! I went back and reviewed customers reviews and noticed this is a recurrent review of sizes not being the same!!! Plus, when you have to return items I have to pay for shipping. I think I’m done with Hapari.”
“Hapari is always the go to for all swim wear. The quality is outstanding. I have one suit from three years ago and it looks like I just took the tags off. They don’t fade whether it’s chlorine, salt water or sun. I’d like to buy a tankini, I wish they would make they fun patterns. Something that goes from resort to beach without the glitter.”
“After returning my items. I don’t understand why I only received a store credit refund for half the amount of what I spent along with having to pay for shipping back as well. The products are not supportive for older women and overall a bad fit. I ended up buying a different top because I had store credit that needed to be use, but I am really not happy at all with my purchase but there was nothing else I can do when only receiving store credit.”
“Product didn't fit. It was of good quality but seemed over priced. It cost $17.53 to send it back. Hapari only paid $6.95 to get it to me. It shouldn't cost me more return it than it did to receive it.
Return takes 2 - 4 weeks for a refund to be credited. I won't order from Hapari again.”
“Ordered a new swimsuit bottom. I ordered the exact size I have from this company. Unfortunately it was much smaller than the other bottoms. I'm not sure if if was missized or if the sizes vary this much with each order. Either way, I am unable to return the bottoms since I had removed all tags thinking they would fit since they were the same style and size I had ordered before.”
