“I usually love HAPARI swimsuits and own several. The recent purchase was a big miss! I sized up in the top as recommended and it’s a little loose in the bust and back straps. Afraid a size down would be tight. The biggest disappointment is the swim bottoms. I own both medium and large from prior purchases and prefer the way the mediums fit, especially since losing some weight. These new mediums are more like extra small, or even child sized! I will be returning both.”
“I would have given 5 stars until my last order. After wearing Hapari bathing suits for years I am completely disappointed with the recent bottoms I purchased. After losing weight I needed smaller bottoms than the ones I just purchased. The bottoms that looked like the ones I bought last year feel different and the sizing is off. The fabric is odd. I left a message for customer service to see about getting a replacement and that was over a week ago.”
“Product didn't fit. It was of good quality but seemed over priced. It cost $17.53 to send it back. Hapari only paid $6.95 to get it to me. It shouldn't cost me more return it than it did to receive it.
Return takes 2 - 4 weeks for a refund to be credited. I won't order from Hapari again.”
“Ordered a new swimsuit bottom. I ordered the exact size I have from this company. Unfortunately it was much smaller than the other bottoms. I'm not sure if if was missized or if the sizes vary this much with each order. Either way, I am unable to return the bottoms since I had removed all tags thinking they would fit since they were the same style and size I had ordered before.”
“Inventory of swim sizes has been low. Got a gift certificate and cannot get the swim bottoms in my size. Ordered a sweatshirt to use my gift card and it was too big. Cost over $20 to ship it back!”
“Poor return policy for an online retailer. A swim top fit very poorly and I cannot return it because I got more than 30% off. I have bought from Hapari many times and not needed to return before but will not purchase from them again.”
“This tankini is pretty but it runs small. I purchased a Medium (I am 115 lbs). Very tight. Wished I could return and try a Large, but I had to enlarge the opening for my prosthesis. No way to insert it through the tiny opening provided. Not mastectomy friendly.”
“Used to be a huge fan! Loved the fabric and the fit! Just ordered some new tops. Fabric was ok, not as good as it used to be. Very disappointed that the sizing was SO FAR OFF! The return/exchange policy made it to where I didn’t even bother. I ended up reordering 2 sizes larger and the fit is just ok. Probably the last purchase I will make, which makes me sad because I have always loved this swimwear”
“I bought swim tops last year and loved them! This year the fabric quality is way thinner and not as good. The top doesn't seem to fit snug in the right places. I am not sure I will buy swim wear from Hapari again.”
“I have been purchasing Hapari suits for years. I think in the past 2 years the quailty has gone downhill.
I have a long torso and I used to love the tankinis because it was long enough to cover you in the right areas and not ride up. The material is very thin. I wish you would go back to the way it was. Longer tankinis and thicker material.”
“The tankinis are cute, but the sizes don't fit according to the chart. I orodered a Large hoping it wouldnt be to big. It was so small I couldnt get it over my head, Iso I ordered an XL before sending the Large back. It fits ok. When I Sent back the large and requested a refund I was only given a credit. I hadn't worn it and it was within 21 days. I dont need anythiing from the hapari web sight , and they really don't have much in stock.”
