“The top smashed down the bust area, needs more support for better lift. Torso area tight fitting not flattering for anyone needing more slimming support through that area.”
“Not happy. Top came damaged. The fastener was not sowed properly. Hanging by strings. So I will have to fix it. To be able to wear it. This was my first time purchasing from this company and I’m disappointed. I didn’t choose to ship it back. Don’t want to deal with the hassle. I will just repair it.”

I did e-mail the company, and they were very prompt with a response, which was good. They said that there were delays due to an influx of orders. “I ordered five items supposedly in my size and 4 or the 5 items were too tight. I had to return. I paid the shipping to receive and shipping to return. Paid $31 in shipping costs for $50 of items. I cannot get my money back for the returned items only credit. When I ordered the items the page said only those items ending in $0.99 were final sales. I did not look at the return policy. When I went to return the items only then did I find I could only get store credit. I am not even sure how the store credit works because I really do not even have an account there. I wish I only ordered one item.”
“It would be nice to have a swim suit that stays in place without having to go to a specialty store. While body boarding, surfing or just playing in the waves I'm constantly having to pull my rash guard down and my bottoms up.”
“The tops just aren’t up to the same standards as in previous orders. The very top of the suit gaps, has no elasticity, but what did I expect for $10? I expected the previous quality”
“I ordered several (3) of the one pieces swimsuits. There is no chest support in them. There is literally pads just to not show the nips. There is not anything tightening or holding the swimsuit to your body. It goes straight from my shoulders over my boobs and down. I will be returning them and getting two piece tankini that actually support and hold the girls.”
“I placed my order on May 12th and have yet to receive it (it's been two weeks (now 5/26) and still waiting). The only info that USPS tracking shows was that a shipping label was created on May 19th. My order confirmation indicated shipping would take 3-6 business days. Apparently not.
While I love Hapari products, I will rethink ordering from this company in the future.”
“Love the swimsuits but 3 out of 5 items ordered were too small. 2 of those were insanely too small. We checked the website for sizing and it told us to get an XS for my daughter and it’s not even close! It also took 11 days for us to get the swim suits and we need them in 13 days. Praying the next ones we ordered are received in time!
Frustrated it took so long to send to us and that sizing was way off - and that it’s a final sale as the items were on sale.”
