“The tankinis are cute, but the sizes don't fit according to the chart. I orodered a Large hoping it wouldnt be to big. It was so small I couldnt get it over my head, Iso I ordered an XL before sending the Large back. It fits ok. When I Sent back the large and requested a refund I was only given a credit. I hadn't worn it and it was within 21 days. I dont need anythiing from the hapari web sight , and they really don't have much in stock.”

“It’s disappointing your sizing isn’t consistent. I wear a size small in just about everything and had tried on a friends Hapari items that were size small that fit great. I ordered 3 size small tops and only one of them fit. The other two were not just a little tight but one of them I couldn’t even get on!
I will return the items that are to small & only get store credit because I bought them on sale. Tempted to have my son make a post about this on his social media since he has over 500k followers”

“I don't think they care about women who've had a mastectomy. Pretty obvious from the so-called pockets for prosthetics in their swimwear. Too small to fit anything bigger than an extremely slim-line A-cup insert, I suspect. The opening is barely 2 inches wide.
Why on earth would anyone assume that every woman buying an XL top, has tiny A-cup breasts?!”
“I have purchased from Hapari before and have had good luck. This time the suit bottoms did not fit. The elastic on one leg was looser than the other on the cinch-side bottoms. And the tummy tuk bottoms fit too snug around the top. Unfortunately, because I bought them on a black Friday deal they were more than 30% off and I am not able to return them. Wish you would consider changing your policy. It will make me think twice before purchasing from Hapari in the future”
“I sent an email to cs@HAPARI.COM about requesting to cancel an order ( # 560406) put in before the Thanksgiving sale (75 %). Then I ordered the same item with different size ( order # 560435) with the sale 75 % off. Hapari did not cancel my previous order so i ended up with 2 orders with the same items with different sizes.
Would you please cancel my previous order allow me to return the previous item to you so that I could use my store credit for something else at HAPARI ?

“I’ve been disappointed with Hapari lately. I ordered a top with a couple of their things and when my ordered arrived the top was missing and someone wrote on the packing slip “refund.” I checked my account a week later and still no refund. I emailed customer service and then they told me it was being processed. I had my money back the next day, but most companies notify you before something ships that it’s out of stock.”
