I sent an email to cs@HAPARI.COM about requesting to cancel an order ( # 560406) put in before the Thanksgiving sale (75 %). Then I ordered the same item with different size ( order # 560435) with the sale 75 % off. Hapari did not cancel my previous order so i ended up with 2 orders with the same items with different sizes.
Would you please cancel my previous order allow me to return the previous item to you so that I could use my store credit for something else at HAPARI ?
