I don't think they care about women who've had a mastectomy. Pretty obvious from the so-called pockets for prosthetics in their swimwear. Too small to fit anything bigger than an extremely slim-line A-cup insert, I suspect. The opening is barely 2 inches wide.
Why on earth would anyone assume that every woman buying an XL top, has tiny A-cup breasts?!
