If you want to have your swimsuit delivered in this century do not purchase from Hapari. Almost 2 months later and nothing. Tracking for shipping provider doesn't work. Of course theyve already charged me for the item 2 mos ago. Ridiculous.

They do not have a functioning return policy; basically they do not allow returns. Read the other reviews and believe them. If you call them you get a message that their mailbox is full. Considered yourself warned.

When you order from this company you will not realize that they will not refund your money should your suit/s not fit. if you buy multiple sizes and keep one and send the other back you will not get a refund. you have to pay to ship the suit back ($12) and then once you do they will send you a gift card for the amount of the suit. if it was on sale you will ONLY get 50% of your money back on a gift card. It's a scam. Do not buy from this company. this policy is NOT clearly stated on their pages on social media or on their web page. If you order one suit and it doesn't fit and you want an exchange good luck! you will have to ship it back - and jump through hoops to get another one. this has been a very bad experience.

Poor return policy. I ordered the wrong size. You can’t make an exchange for a larger size. I had to return the bathing suit, which I did within the 21 day policy and still only got half of my money back as a gift card. I am then expected to rebuy the suit in a larger size paying full price. I will never order from this company again. I would have preferred to just keep the suit and give it away to someone who could have used it. Would NEVER recommend

Love my older HAPARI bottoms so I tried ordering more. They were a little different and didn’t fit. I had to pay to ship them back and shipping was $12. I won’t be ordering again. They are already expensive and if they don’t work the shipping is outrageous

After returning my items. I don’t understand why I only received a store credit refund for half the amount of what I spent along with having to pay for shipping back as well. The products are not supportive for older women and overall a bad fit. I ended up buying a different top because I had store credit that needed to be use, but I am really not happy at all with my purchase but there was nothing else I can do when only receiving store credit.

Order to delivery time was long, and the swim top I ordered was poorly designed - those little pads they put in women's swim tops that aren't sewn in, just loose and always misaligned, and are very visible in the top I purchased. It looks cheap and I won't wear it. Threw it out already, truth be told, because I wouldn't even give it to someone else due to the poor quality.

The return policy and procedure feels really behind the times. Not only can you not get a refund when you order a discounted suit and need to return it, but you need to pay for shipping both ways. It’s just really outdated compared to most companies now. I bought a suit that didn’t fit and couldn’t return it and ended up buying something I didn’t want because I could only get store credit…something to know before buying. Sizing runs large.

Poor quality. Extremely uncomfortable. The return process was terrible. Still waiting for refund and I shipped my return o er 2 weeks ago. Never using Hapari again.

I have purchased several Hapari swimsuits in previous years and have always been very happy with the quality and modesty of the suits. They have always run slightly larger than the stated size and that was well documented on the description. So I ordered my normal size when I saw they were on sale. It was too tight, so I was really excited when I saw the $10 sale for tankini tops. I ordered 3 in XL. Not only was sizing inconsistent (1 was definitely XL, 2 fit like L), but the slimming top had the shelf bra sewn down across the bottom, with only 5 in from top to bottom. In sizing chart, this was supposed to cover D and DD. There is no way that that modestly covers that size. I am a D and if I were to lift my arms, all modestly would be lost. Hapari was always my go-to place to get a swimsuit that I felt comfortable in. So disappointing that the quality has changed

The review is for hapari as a whole. I used to love their bathing suits but they don't seem to last long anymore. And they don't seem as high quality as they used to be. Also, their returns are seriously awful. The customer pays for shipping and they will only give you store credit back. I'm not pleased with any of their products, so now I'm stuck with products I don't like or store credit. I tried white bottoms and they were completely see through, not even wet. I won't be purchasing for them again, sadly because I used to love their suits.

Read fine print the boast fully returnable but it’s based on discount - they don’t tell you during the order process only when you try to return if they don’t fit.

I have been a Hapari customer for several years now. I am very disappointed in my last two orders. 1. I ordered two Feeling Fine jumpers in a size large. Neither of the jumpers are a size large even though the label says they are. Both are very small. I have another jumper from Hapari that is a large and it fits with room to spare. Very disappointing. 2. I purchased five sets of the Ooh La La Lounge set, four for gifts and one for myself. Mine was red and wash not at all colorfast - it bled red for three washings even though I used color catchers and vinegar in each wash. I haven't asked how the black ones did when washed - I am too embarrassed to ask those who received them as gifts. I assumed that these new products would be high in quality but they are not.

I am a long time buyer of Hapari. This time I bought my usual size and the top was way too small and tight. When trying to return/exchange they didn’t really own the fact that they have a sizing discrepancy as posted by tons of shoppers. They did offer an exchange or gift card to purchase something else. This is my last time shopping with them.
