“I have been a Hapari customer for several years now. I am very disappointed in my last two orders.
1. I ordered two Feeling Fine jumpers in a size large. Neither of the jumpers are a size large even though the label says they are. Both are very small. I have another jumper from Hapari that is a large and it fits with room to spare. Very disappointing.
2. I purchased five sets of the Ooh La La Lounge set, four for gifts and one for myself. Mine was red and wash not at all colorfast - it bled red for three washings even though I used color catchers and vinegar in each wash. I haven't asked how the black ones did when washed - I am too embarrassed to ask those who received them as gifts. I assumed that these new products would be high in quality but they are not.”
“I am a long time buyer of Hapari. This time I bought my usual size and the top was way too small and tight. When trying to return/exchange they didn’t really own the fact that they have a sizing discrepancy as posted by tons of shoppers. They did offer an exchange or gift card to purchase something else. This is my last time shopping with them.”
“Beware of sale prices and their return policy. I have several swimsuits I love, but because of sizing issues, I will likely not buy from Hapari again because I can only afford the sale price which is final sale. I didn’t realize that until after I I made a large purchase.”
“Would love to provide a better rating but I never received my item. Tracking only showed the item was accepted but additional updates after that. When I inquired to Hapari they basically said there is nothing they can do. Disappointed that they didn't attempt try to resolve. I order many items online and this is the first time a company has not offered to help. Will be disputing the charge on my cc.”
“I loved my previous order, but I still haven’t received this order. Customer service just blames USPS for the delay and tracking issues. Package was scanned on 5/25 and then nothing after that. Multiple emails with customer service but nothing has been resolved.”

“I’d love to give a review but my items never showed up!! 3 weeks now I am waiting and customer service says “oh it’s coming” Check tracking everyday and it is stuck on “awaiting items.” Package is clearing missing and customer service is giving me the run around. I’ve been a Hapari customer for a while and I’m just so disappointed with this entire transaction.”
“I placed an order. 16 days have gone by and I have not received my items. I’ve called customer service several times and don’t even get the option to leave a voicemail because the recording says “mailbox is full”. I’ve emailed and still don’t get answers on my missing items. I’ve been charged for merchandise I can’t even use.”
