“The return policy and procedure feels really behind the times. Not only can you not get a refund when you order a discounted suit and need to return it, but you need to pay for shipping both ways. It’s just really outdated compared to most companies now. I bought a suit that didn’t fit and couldn’t return it and ended up buying something I didn’t want because I could only get store credit…something to know before buying. Sizing runs large.”
“Hapari has always been a 5 for me and have loved the bathing suit bottoms. I own about 10 of the Tummy Tuk bottoms in black, navy, aqua, and rasberry. So I was pretty excited to order the new ocean color. I was so disappointed. The material is so much thinner than all of my other bottoms and not something I was expecting. Now I'm not sure I will order any color again.”
