Is HAPARI a good website

I purchased 3 tankini tops during the sale of $10 each. 2 halter tops and 1 slimming top. The halter tops ran small in my opinion, (purchase 2 larges) they were quite snug, but the slimming top was rouged and not overly tight (purchased a medium).
