Very sharp commercial practices. If your plane is delayed for whatever reason you will lose your booking. Even if you get in touch before you arrive to advise of late arrival, you cannot change booking. We were told we could amend rental as flight arrived after 5pm when offices were shut, if we went to airport the following morning. We spent 4 hours with Thifty (rental company) and Happycar on phone trying to resolve. No chance. We had a 5 week rental cancelled with no recourse/refund so we lost £850 and had to rebook through another hire company. Thifty and HappyCar
had £850 free with a rental car that could be rehired. USE WITH CAUTION.
