I purchased a game in the US while on vacation. Upon returning home to another state, I realized that 1 piece was missing, and could not return to the original store. I contacted the Happy Puzzle Company and they had a new piece at my door, shipped to me from the UK, within 1 week. I am very grateful for their quick, excellent customer support.
