We purchased a TV bed from Happy Beds but whilst putting it up realised the remote wasn't working so I emailed them to request a replacement remote. It was 30 mins before customer service closed on a Saturday afternoon so I wasn't expecting a reply for a few days (automated reply said 48 hours) however I got an almost immediate response from Chloe who was really helpful. She suggested some trouble shooting options and asked for a video showing the remote not working. Due to the file being too large to send via email I was given a number to send it via WhatsApp. Chloe responded to each of my emails really promptly and arranged for a new remote to be sent out within a few days under the bed guarantee. She was very polite and made the whole issue hassle free. Thank you for great customer service!
