Approxmately 4 weeks into my enemas, it took a couple of weeks to work out how many I wanted to do each week and getting the enemas ready each time but I find every second day works well for me and have nailed my prep time. I have also added DE into my daily smoothies which helps to also keep things moving regularly. Overall my gut health feels alot better and my bowel movements are improved (I may have diverticulitis or IBS - waiting to have a colonscopy to rule out anything sinster). Hoping it might help me loose some of this menopause belly weight #fingerscrossed
