Live one hour away but two weeks later asked for a refund cause still did not even have post info,to only get a message right after about my package being processed. 4 days later, aus post said delivered,no package. Went to a different address no where near me. She said she will resend me another package. Another few days past,rang and got a refund. I'm 1 hour away from them. Too hard. Then today 4 weeks later I receive another message my package has been delivered,to the same wrong address, it's all hard to understand how difficult. For a small little package this was such a drain on me. Never deal with them again.”

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately any delivery issues with Australia Post are outside of our control. The order was shipped to the address supplied and this was returned to our warehouse from Australia Post and then re-shipped again to the provided address. We can also see that your order was refunded in full. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience and we hope you can give us a try again in the future.

“Approxmately 4 weeks into my enemas, it took a couple of weeks to work out how many I wanted to do each week and getting the enemas ready each time but I find every second day works well for me and have nailed my prep time. I have also added DE into my daily smoothies which helps to also keep things moving regularly. Overall my gut health feels alot better and my bowel movements are improved (I may have diverticulitis or IBS - waiting to have a colonscopy to rule out anything sinster). Hoping it might help me loose some of this menopause belly weight #fingerscrossed”
