Mark was incredibly helpful when we went to the store and showed us a number of possible hot tubs within our price range and specification, we were so impressed with his expert knowledge we ordered one straight away and it arrived within the timescales discussed. The installation was very smooth and quick and the hot tub was up and running within just a few hours. The fitters also explained the maintenance routine which has also been very straightforward and easy to follow. Mark kept us updated throughout the sales process and since delivery answering any queries we have had. The hot tub has been a wonderful addition to our home with all the family using and enjoying it.
