Purchased a rivals swim spa last year so have called in to Worthing branch twice for chemicals and accessories. Both times have been served by Jake who is not only very friendly but also very knowledgeable and has helped us with questions about chemicals balances. Excellent service all round (and also online next day delivery purchases). Fantastic company and staff keep up the good work.
