We needed a new Hotsprings hot tub drain adapter and our own supplier couldn't help, directing us to a garden centre ( very much doubt any garden centre has american threaded hose connectors). Went online and google showed happy hot tubs had them - it turns out they import them specially. Bristol should take note.
Ordered at 4pm Friday, arrived 10am Saturday and hot tub draining, great service and exactly the right product. Thank you.
