We could order chemicals for our hot tub on line, but choose to go to Fareham from Basingstoke as the service is so good. Chloe is always helpful, knowledgeable and cheery. She is always on hand to give advice on the latest products and our hot tub has been much better behaved since taking her advice! Great range of products & when the time comes to up date our tub, we’ll definitely be visiting this store & in the meantime, will continue to visit for our chemicals etc. Thankyou for great service.
