We love our hot tub & wouldn’t be without it. We only called into the Botley/Hedge End showroom to buy a filter for our inflatable lay-z-spa & then started chatting to Michael. He was v friendly, informative & helpful & even gave us a pack of waterproof playing cards. We went away & thought about it & then returned the next day to purchase the Propel
Model & we have never looked back....it was the pack of cards that sealed the deal 😄
