I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM HARBOR FREIGHT ANYMORE. I purchased about $100 worth of tool box organizers from Harbor Freight. Not knowing exactly what I needed, I also bought $100 worth of the same kind of organizers from Menards. Both stores are in Bloomington, IN. I finally finished organizing and found that I needed to return some of the items. These item were in the original packaging and I had my receipt. I tried returning these to Harbor Freight. After even getting the manager, they told me that they can't take them back because it was older than a 90 day purchase. I ask them, are you sure you want to do that, because I am in charge of buying tools for about 50 technicians, for the company I work for. I also told them that I wouldn't be buying any of those tools at Harbor Freight which is thousands of dollars. I am not sure why Harbor Freight even have store managers because the manager still just told me what he was programmed to say and it did matter to him. On another note, I took everything back to Menards and there were no questions asked, they gave me an in store credit, which I asked Harbor Freight to do and they refused. 5 stars for Menards.
