Ordered a replacement tent online for my barn. It wasn't the proper dimensions. So I took it to the Los Lunas location to return it. The box had not been opened I had the email receipt on my phone. The female manager told me she would not take my return because that particular store did not stock that item. She was unbearably rude. She refused to look up the item, view my receipt and treated me like I was a nuisance.
I was so appalled I took my Harbor Freight Credit Card out and asked for a pair of scissors. Suddenly another employee came over and inquired about the problem. I reiterated to her I wanted to return the tent. Her response was "no problem". She concluded the return and I left the store stunned by the whole experience. That very day I paid off my card balance and chopped my card into pieces.
